These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kypson website and platform. This is placeholder content and will be replaced with the final legal text before launch.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, browsing the site, or using Kypson services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Platform use

Kypson provides a B2B marketplace connecting packaging buyers with verified manufacturers and suppliers. You agree to provide accurate business information, use the platform only for lawful commercial purposes, and not misuse listings, RFQs, or messaging features.

Accounts & verification

Buyers and suppliers must complete registration and verification as required. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Kypson may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or platform policies.

Transactions

Quotations, orders, payment terms, and delivery obligations are agreed between buyers and suppliers on the platform. Kypson facilitates matching and workflow tools but is not a party to the underlying sale of goods unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

Intellectual property

The Kypson name, logo, software, and site content are owned by Kypson or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute platform materials without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kypson is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. The platform is provided "as is" while we work to maintain reliability and security.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Kypson after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
